At Tabe, we understand that plans can change. We strive to accommodate our guests while maintaining fair policies that allow us to serve all customers effectively.
Advance Cancellation
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time. Cancellations can be made:
- Online using your confirmation code
- By calling the restaurant directly
- Through our self-service cancellation portal
Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Important: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your reservation time or failure to arrive for your reservation may result in charges to your payment method.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation time may incur a fee
- No-Show: Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of reservation time without notice
- Grace Period: We provide a 2-hour grace period after your reservation time before processing any fees
Experience-Specific Policies
Omakase Experience
Strict 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Due to the specially curated nature of our Omakase experience and advance preparation required, all Omakase reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-show fee: $50 per person
- Late cancellation fee: $25 per person
- Special ingredients are ordered in advance based on confirmed reservations
Regular Dining Experiences
For standard dining reservations, we offer more flexible cancellation terms while still maintaining our service standards.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before reservation
- Late cancellation fee may apply for same-day cancellations
- No-show fees help us manage table availability for other guests
Fee Structure
When applicable, cancellation and no-show fees are charged to the payment method provided during booking:
- No-Show Fee: Up to $50 per person (varies by experience)
- Late Cancellation Fee: Up to $25 per person (varies by experience)
- Processing: Fees are typically processed within 24-48 hours
- Disputes: Fee disputes can be addressed by contacting our management team
Emergency and Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In the following situations, fees may be waived at management discretion:
- Medical emergencies (documentation may be required)
- Severe weather conditions affecting travel
- Restaurant closures or service disruptions
- Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

Modifications and Group Reservations
Reservation Modifications: Changes to party size, date, or time are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and new booking.
